Under the guidance of Swaraj Kumar, an informative session on Git was conducted, demonstrating its benefits for version control code collaboration and academic and professional growth. The participants gained hands-on experience on setting up and using Git, starting from the basics and moving on to online git platform features. Other covered topics included GitHub sign-in, basics of GitHub Merge, and more. The interactive session allowed all doubts and questions to be addressed on the spot. The event had a profound impact, with 90% of attendees creating their GitHub accounts immediately and beginning to utilize the platform.
