I recently came across the registration form for the online sessions that we are doing.
1.) I also notice that filling the form is the only way to join the session. If that is the case we are moving away from inclusiveness.
2.) Also FSMK has always stood for privacy of individuals. But the form is clear violation of the same.
3.) Also I couldn’t notice Privacy Policy, duration of the data being stored and the purpose/usage of that data.
I assume the purpose of this form would be to know the participants and to contact them back to keep in touch.
In that case, giving away a form link during the online session would do good as well. As it is not imposing and asking participants to volunteerly register.
